Whether you are a HSB member or not, we offer property management in a location near you. Our areas of expertise cover a wide range of services, for example financial and technical management as well as gardening and land maintenance.

Services for the Tenant-Owned Cooperative Housing Association
As a Board member of your tenant-owned cooperative housing association, you will have the same responsibility as any other property owner. With HSB Property Management, you can be confident in the safe and secure running and maintenance of your property.

Services for Property Owners
Flats, commercial property or offices. We manage property with ongoing full-service contracts or with services specifically selected. As a private property owner you receive property management where your security comes first.

Repair and Maintenance Services for the Home
HSB offers repair and maintenance services for your home even if you do not live in a HSB property.  Whether it is an extensive kitchen renovation or minor repair work, we will take care of it.

Domestic Services
In some parts of Sweden we offer domestic services to individuals. We can assist you with everything from smaller home moving and extensive cleaning assignments, to purchasing and advisory services.
