Balconies/patios
It is the tenant-owner's responsibility to keep the balcony and patio neat.
Messy and untidy patios give a bad impression to neighbors and guests in the area.
Permission must be granted by the board and a building permit must be applied for to glaze a balcony.

Driving
Farms and roads within the area must be kept free of cars.
Only taxis, ambulances and the loading and unloading of heavier goods are permitted.
Cars left in the area may be fined.
Remember to keep your speed down. There are children playing in the area.

Neighbors
Show consideration regarding parties such as renovations.
After 10:00 PM, you should not disturb your neighbors.

Grilling
The grill should never be left unattended.
Grilling on balconies is not permitted, the board also advises against grilling on patios due to the fire risk.
Feel free to use the grill area by the laundry room or out on the lawn.

Pets
Pets must be kept on a leash outdoors and may not be walked in the area.
Also keep in mind that there are people with allergies and those who are afraid of animals.
Pets are kept under supervision so that they do not go to the toilet in the playground sandboxes.

Private antennas
The board decides on permits.
Obtain the views of neighbors.
Antennas must be professionally installed.
