Facilities

The SAUNA is located in the same building as the laundry room and was built in 2005.
Appointments can be made via Booking or via the booking screen in the laundry room entrance.
Of course, we clean up after ourselves for everyone's enjoyment!

Since spring 2015, the association has had a GYM in the same building as the laundry room.
It contains equipment for both strength and cardio training.
The exercise machine trains the whole body.

Dumbbells, medicine balls and cross trainers, etc. are also available.
Bookable in 2-hour sessions via Booking.
Of course, you clean up after yourself.

CARPENTRY SHOP is available for loan for e.g. carpentry, sanding and painting.
Anyone who wants to borrow the carpenter shop leaves a deposit fee which
is refunded after inspection and approval of the premises.

If cleaning is not approved, no fee will be refunded.
Of course, the premises will be left in the same condition as you want to find it.

The LAUNDRY ROOM is located in the middle of the area.
Room 1 (rough laundry) has two washing machines and a large dryer.
Rooms 2 and 3 each have three washing machines and two dryers.
All laundry rooms are equipped with a drying cabinet, centrifuge and iron. 

Booking is done via the website or booking screen in the laundry room hall.
Bring a tag to enter.
If you do not have a tag, contact the deputy manager.

In the event of a problem with any machine, a fault report is made to the caretaker.
The sign "Machine out of order" is posted on the notice board,
post this on the machine that is not working.
Of course, we clean up after ourselves, wipe down machines, other surfaces and clean the floor.

The RENTAL ROOM can be rented by residents in the area and without time limit.
The room has two beds and a toilet.

Check-in no earlier than 12:00 on the first day of booking.
The fee is 50 SEK/day and is paid to Brf Bladet's Swish account: 1234042693 or to the vice-owner as agreed.

The tenant brings their own bedding and cleans up after themselves.
