Common Yard

The board of HSB Brf Tallen has received a request and a wish to “spiff up” the common areas that are on the association’s premises. Therefore, the board has developed a policy to create as good and fair a “Regulations” as possible. With the help of this, it will be possible to create a slightly nicer environment on our common farms together. After an approved report of the planning and presentation of a receipt for any costs, you can apply for money for the purchase of materials.

WHAT ARE WE ALLOWED TO BUILD ON OUR COMMON FARMLANDS?

Allowed:

• Laying paving stones

• Planting

• Berry bushes

• Barbecue areas

• Screens

• Pallet collars for planting

• Trees

• Benches

NOT allowed:

• Buildings (Gazebos, among others)

• Trampoline

• Pool

• Apple trees

• Ponds/fountains

ECONOMY

SEK 10,000 per farm every 6 years Upon presentation of a receipt.

Receipt to be submitted to the Deputy Manager.

No salary/compensation will be paid for working hours as this will be done on a voluntary basis.

Hiring a caretaker may be possible, contact the coordination 0910-10390 The cost of the work is deducted from the contribution per farm.

CERTIFICATE FROM NEIGHBORS/APPROVAL FROM THE BOARD

The board must have received written approval from neighbors to the farm in question before a decision can be made.

At least 75% of neighbors to the farm in question must have approved.

A description of the project as well as a drawing of the construction and a cost report must be submitted to the board.

Nothing will begin before written approval has been received from the board.

In the event of a violation of the Rules, the board has the authority to decide to demolish/remove the construction in question.
