Maintenance of our properties is important to keep them in good condition, to keep our area looking as nice as it is, and to maintain - and even increase - the value of our homes.
Minor maintenance is done on an ongoing basis.
The association actively works with a maintenance plan and reviews it every year, where future maintenance is listed. 

Ongoing maintenance: 

2025 - Signs at the entrances and at the playgrounds

2025 - Upgrading of outdoor lighting on garages and lamp posts, quotes on the way

Replanting trees, preliminary 2026

Maintenance of screen walls, preliminary 2026-2027

Facade painting 'start preliminary 2028-2030

Replacement of roof and gutters, preliminary 2030-2032

2025 - Updating the patio at the Neighborhood Garden and planting shrubs at the boules court 

2025 - Fireproofing the Neighborhood Garden (evacuation plan and evacuation signs, assembly area, new smoke detectors (in progress)
