New parking directives from 2024

Visitor parking lots

• Payment system via Aimo Park

• Cost SEK 5/h and SEK 30/24 hours, The prices apply until another decision is made

• Payment takes place via the Aimoapp app or alternatively SMS payment

• Description of the app and SMS payment can be found separately on the association's website and on Aimo Park's signs in the area

• Aimo Park's parking rules apply, can be read at www.aimopark.se  

• Everyone pays to park here, residents and visitors

Note! That these car parks are intended for our visitors

• Note! Free parking between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. for residents disappears and does not apply from 1/11 2024

Rental parking lots

• Cost Parking space SEK 225/month, large car parking SEK 350/month. The prices are valid until another decision is made, price changes will be announced in good time.

• The vehicle must fit within the parking space and not protrude to the rear or to the sides.

• Trailer/caravan may be stored in the car park for a shorter period if necessary.

Shorter period refers to 7 days/month

Note! that parking spaces are not rented out for trailers only as these are intended for cars

• Moped/motorcycle may be stored at the front of the box if it fits together with a car

Motorhome/Caravan/Trailer

• These vehicles may, for a short period, be parked in green areas around the residence/house without the vehicle obstructing emergency vehicles and caretakers.

Green areas mean the grassy areas adjacent to one's house, (not the common area)

• Shorter period refers to 7 days/month

• For permission to park, an application is sent to the deputy host.

Enter the registration number, location and during which period the vehicle is to be stored at the location

Moped/Motorcycle/Scooter

• May be placed/stored on your own plot, front or back, as well as in the garage

May be stored in a rented parking space if it fits together with a car, see above.

Excavator/Tractor/other work vehicles

• If you need to borrow a work vehicle due to demolition/construction on the site, it is permitted to store this vehicle in a nearby green area during the construction process, refers to a period of 7 days/month, but with the understanding that it may be longer

• Permits for parking are applied for from the deputy host

• If you need a tractor, please ask the caretakers for help first

Unloading and loading

• It is permitted to park the vehicle next to one's own residence for unloading and loading

• Unloading and loading refers to 10 minutes per occasion

• When moving, you must be lenient with the fact that unloading and loading takes longer

Driving within the area

• Speed ​​8km/h is what applies when traveling by vehicle within the area.

Patrolling the area

• The association has an agreement with Aimo Park who will patrol the area and keep track of the parking directives being followed.
