Now the summer is over and the board's work is in full swing. In this newspaper we send you some documents that we want you to read through and then keep in the binder.
The first document is about renovation. In the case of renovation and reconstruction, the board must have a supporting document and approve this before the project can start. This supporting document is especially important when renovating kitchens and bathrooms, demolishing walls, changing electricity and plumbing and ventilation. If you know that you will make any changes that relate to any of the above, the board must have a supporting document regarding the project for approval. See the attached document Application for Renovation.
More forms can be found in the Neighborhood Garden and on My Hsb under Documents--Brf Tallen—Templates
The next document is a checklist of what should be included in the apartment in the event of a transfer/sale. If something is missing, it is the apartment owner's obligation to replace this.
See the attached document Checklist for transfer and please keep this document in the binder. The checklist can also be found on Mitt Hsb under Documents–Brf Tallen—Information
Just want to remind you that the warranty for our windows and doors still remains, which means that in the event of errors/problems, the supplier must fix them. Therefore, the error report should be sent to the vice-owner who in turn sends these on to the supplier. No error report is bad without Send too many error reports rather than none at all! Vicevard.tallen@gmail.com
Activities and fun events are part of an association, we have had a few mixed events over the years and this is obviously something we want to continue with.
To continue to keep activities going in the association, a party committee or activity group would be needed. A group of members who plan and organize together.
If this sounds interesting and something you want to contribute, send a notification to the board's email. Styrelsen.tallen@gmail.com . Alternatively, leave a note with your name and contact information in mailbox no. 108.
After that, a meeting will be arranged with those of you who have registered your interest.
Now it is starting to be time to turn off the summer water for those of you who have a shut-off valve indoors. If you need help, ask a neighbor or contact the board.
A check of this will be made shortly.
On the signs inside the garbage rooms you can read what should be put in each container.
There are now signs in many different languages to make sorting easier for everyone.
We can all help each other if you discover missorted material by moving it to the correct container.
We all need to make sure to sort and sort correctly! It will be more important now than ever as it will be checked more often.
The fee for missorting will be 50 kronor per apartment that is connected to the garbage room with missorted material. This cost will affect the association, which in turn will affect all of us.
That is why we urge you all to be good at sorting, not only for the sake of the environment but also for your own sake and that of your neighbors.
