Det märks att julen närmar sig, när man går runt i vårt område och ser all trevlig fönsterbelysning och glittrande armatur på balkonger. Stora granen är också på plats enligt tradition.

Tänk på att vara försiktig med levande ljus, läs gärna det informationsblad vi satt upp i alla portar och glöm inte att kontrollera att era brandvarnare fungerar.

Nästa söndag, 16 december kl. 15-17 är ni alla varmt välkomna på adventsfika i vårt gemensamma rum på Viltstigen 18.

Everyone feels that Christmas is approaching when you walk around in our area and see all the nice window lighting and sparkling luminaires on balconies. The Christmas tree is also in place according to tradition. Remember to be careful about candlelight, please read the information sheets we put in all notice boards and do not forget to make sure your fire alarms work.

Next Sunday, December 16 at 15-17 you are all warmly welcome to adventsfika in our common room at Viltstigen 18. Looking forward to welcome you all.

Styrelsen vill ha mer dialog med boende

Vi vill öka vår dialog med boende i föreningen. Er delaktighet och ert engagemang är viktigt. Som komplement till telefontid, styrelsemejl och nyhetsbrev inför vi därför en stående inbjudan till alla boende att komma och prata med styrelsen en kväll per månad. Välkommen med dina tankar och frågor till styrelserummet på Viltstigen 18 kl 18:30 torsdag 7/2, torsdag 7/3 och torsdag 4/4.

Association Board will have more dialogue with residents

We really look forward and want to increase our dialogue with residents in the association. Your involvement and commitment are important for the betterment of our association. In addition to current way of communication using phone line and newsletter, we therefore are happy to introduce an invitation to all residents to talk to the board in person once every month. You are welcome with your thoughts and questions to the boardroom at Viltstigen 18 at 18:30 Thursday 7/2, Thursday 7/3 and Thursday 4/4.

 

 

 

 

Tips vid vanliga problem

Det kommer en del löpande förfrågningar om trasig inredning. Behöver taklampan i badrummet bytas har vi fått besked att detta inte får göras på egen hand, det ska utföras av behörig elektriker.   

Ventilation: Tips öppna ett fönster eller balkongdörren vid matlagning så blir det mer drag i fläkten och matoset försvinner ut den rätta vägen. Denna info har vi fått från OVK-killarna och energibyrån. Gäller framför allt de som har kåpor.

Värmen: Kalla element. Elementen går inte i gång om inomhustemperaturen överstigen 21 grader informerar Energibyrån.

Pumpgropen: Vi påminner igen om att inte hälla ut olja och stekfett i vasken.

Problem med diskmaskinen beror nästan uteslutande på matrester och fett som sätter igen slangar och rör. Rekommendation är att skölja disken innan den ställs in och att köra program med hög temperatur regelbundet.

Just nu går det inte att boka tvättstugetid via nätet på grund av kommunikationsfel i vår undercentral. Däremot går det bra att boka via bokningstavlan på Viltstigen 4.

Tips for common Problems

There are some ongoing requests for broken furnishings. If the ceiling lamp in the bathroom is changed, we have been told that this should not be done on its own, it must be carried out by a qualified electrician.

 

Ventilation: Tip- Open a window or balcony door when cooking, so there will be more drag in the fan and the Odour will disappear via the right path. This information has been received from the OVK guys and the energy agency. Especially applicable to those who have hoods.

 

Heat: Cold element. The elements will not work if the indoor temperature exceeds 21 degrees, informs the Energy Agency.

Grease in sinks: We remind you again not to pour oily and grease stuff into the sink.

 

Problems with the dishwasher depend almost exclusively on food residue and grease that reinsert hoses and pipes. Recommendation is to rinse the disc before setting up and run high temperature programs on a regular basis.

 

At the moment, it is not possible to book laundry time via the network due to communication errors in our sub-center. On the other hand, it is advisable to book via the booking board at Viltstigen 4.

Innan jul kommer 2 nya gästparkeringar att iordningställas och skyltas upp.

Before Christmas, 2 new guest parks will be prepared and posted.

Nycklar

Nycklar till motorvärmare hanteras nu mer av styrelsen, mejla ekonomi@rosjoangar.se

Övriga nycklar och nyckelbrickor beställs också via samma mejladress.

Kostnad nyckel: 500 kr/st, brickor 300 kr/st

Keys
Keys for heaters are now handled by the board, email ekonomi@rosjoangar.se

Other keys and keychains are also ordered via the same email address.

Cost key: 500 kr / st, washers 300 kr / pc

Skyltar

Styrelsen kommer att visa förslag på områdes/välkomstskylt, i samband med adventsfika 16/12. Ta gärna med egna förslag eller tyck till.

The board will present suggestions on area / welcome sign, at adventsfika 16/12. Feel free to make your own suggestions or enjoy the fika.

Valberedningen

Valberedningen meddelar att de söker efter en boende i föreningen med intresse för ekonomifrågor, som skulle kunna tänka sig att gå med i styrelsen. För att behålla och stärka vårt kostnadsfokus önskar vi öka denna kompetens i styrelsen. Det krävs ingen förkunskap om styrelsearbete och det kommer finnas goda möjligheter att lära upp sig, Det är givande och intressant att delta i styrelsearbetet och det bygger på att vi boende engagerar oss.

Election Committee

The Nomination Committee announces that they are looking for a resident of the association with an interest in financial matters, who would like to join the board. In order to maintain and strengthen our cost focus, we wish to increase this competence in the Board. There is no pre-requisite for board work and there will be good opportunities to learn. It is worthwhile and interesting to participate in the board work and it is based on the fact that our residents engage us.
