Det pågår en spridning av coronaviruset i samhället. Du som är 70 år eller äldre:
✔️Begränsa nära kontakter med andra.
✔️Undvik platser med många människor .
✔️Håll kontakten med nära och kära via telefon.
✔️Gå gärna ut och promenera.
✔️Be om hjälp med att handla mat.

Covid-19 advice for seniors
The coronavirus is spreading through the country.
If you are 70 years old or more:
✔️Limit your close contact with others.
✔️Avoid large groups of people.
✔️Keep up with your near and dear by telephone.
✔️You may stroll outdoors, but not in groups.
✔️Ask for help with food shopping.
