Association room

The HOA has an association room located between no 33 and 35. It is rented to members for meetings, parties etc. It is not allowed to be in the premises after 22.00 in the evening, and no loud music can be played since it is directly below other apartments. The premises are therefore not suited for celebrations but more calm events.
There is enough tables, chairs and dinnerware for 60 persons. There are two fridges/freezers, a stove, three ovens, two dishwashers, a microwave oven and a coffee maker. Two toilets and a coat room.

The fee to book the association room is 300 SEK/day.

Please remember the following:

• No loud music, think of the neighbours
• Advice your guests to smoke on the other side of the road, not directly beneath the apartments
• Clean the floors with water and detergent
• Clean the toilets and basins
• Make sure that cutlery is clean
• Put everything back the way it was
• When you are in the premises, remember to turn on the ventilation by pressing the green button next to the storage room.

Guest apartment

There is a guest apartment with a bunk bed and a sofa bed, and bedware for 4 persons. It has a small kitchen, coffee maker, water boiler, some tableware, a TV and a bathroom with a shower.

The fee to book the apartment is 200 SEK/night monday - thursday, 300 SEK/night friday-sunday.

It is your responsibility to clean the apartment after you've rented it.

Laundry room

There are laundry rooms in every building. You need to book in advance using your booking lock, with the exception of the second laundry room that you access through the door in the opening between 33 and 35.

• Please clean after yourself! Make sure there is no residue of detergent in the washing machines, and no lint in the dryers.
• You may not use the machines for dyeing clothes
• You may not use stong chemicals, only common detergents
• If you haven't started within 30 minutes of your appointed time, someone else may use the machines.
• You may use the dryers 30 minutes after your appointed time, but no longer.

Bike and stroller storage

Rooms for storing bikes and strollers are located in the basement of each building. It is not allowed to keep bikes or strollers in the stairwells. If you wish to park your bike outside, please use the designated stands. Mopeds and other vehicles are not allowed indoors.

Stairwells

All stairwells must be kept clear in case of emergencies! No bikes, strollers, furniture or trash may be kept there at any time. The same goes for the corridors in the basements.
