Kommunikationsplattform

Till föreningsstämman 2025 hade en motion inkommit om att införa Boappa för bättre kommunikation mellan medlemmarna i föreningen. Det är en digital och lättanvänd kommunikationsplattform. En arbetsgrupp har under sommaren kikat på lite olika alternativ och föreslår Eliot Alpha som app för föreningen. Styrelsen har beslutat att prova Eliot Alpha tills den ordinarie föreningsstämman i maj 2026. Därefter får vi utvärdera intresset bland medlemmarna om vi ska fortsätta använda appen. Eliot Alpha kommer inte att ersätta de informationskanaler vi har idag, utan vara ett komplement. Plattformen innebär bland annat att kommunikation kan ske digitalt från styrelsen till medlemmarna, från medlemmarna till styrelsen men också mellan medlemmarna. Mer information om hur detta fungerar, bland annat om hur man registrerar sig kommer så snart vi har plattformen installerad.

Avloppsspolning

En ny runda kommer att ske den 15 december till de lägenheter i Hässelby torg 2 som man inte kunde slutföra senast samt de lägenheter man inte kom in i (ettor och treor). Dessa lägenheter kommer att få en ny avisering och det är viktigt att man antingen är hemma under de tider som informeras om alternativt lämnar sina nycklar enligt aviseringen. Nycklarna kan också lämnas tydligt uppmärkta med namn, adress och lägenhetsnummer i vårt nyckelinkast.

Renoveringar

Då vi ser och hör att det pågår en del renoveringar i våra hus utan att styrelsen har fått någon förfrågan, vill vi påminna om att du innan du startar en renovering i din lägenhet skall ha ett godkännande av styrelsen. Eventuellt behöver också göras en bygganmälan enligt Plan- och bygglagen hos kommunen minst tre veckor innan byggstart beroende på vilken typ av renovering det gäller. Bostadsrättshavaren måste också alltid se till att allt avfall de skapar tas hand om på rätt sätt och i god tid. Byggavfall, större grovavfall och farligt avfall lämnas till någon av kommunens återvinningscentraler. Anlitar du ett företag att ta hand om avfall åt dig, sker det på egen bekostnad och du måste då se till att företaget tar hand om avfallet på rätt sätt.

Returrundan

Returrundan åker runt i Stockholm och ger dig möjlighet att slänga många typer av skräp från ditt hem. Returrundan gör stopp på platser som är anpassade för dig som går eller cyklar. Har du mycket saker att slänga – ta dig till kommunens återvinningscentraler. Du kan där lämna saker för både återvinning och återanvändning. Personalen hjälper dig bedöma hur sakerna du kommer med ska sorteras. Du kan registrera dig hos SVOA så kan du få ett sms när returrundan är i närheten. Communication platform

A motion was submitted to the 2025 general meeting to introduce Boappa for better communication between members of the association. It is a digital and easy-to-use communication platform. A working group has looked at a few different options during the summer and is proposing Eliot Alpha as an app for the association. The board has decided to test Eliot Alpha until the regular general meeting in May 2026. After that, we will have to evaluate the interest among the members whether we should continue to use the app. Eliot Alpha will not replace the information channels we have today, but rather be a complement. Among other things, the platform means that communication can take place digitally from the board to the members, from the members to the board, but also between the members. More information about how this works, including how to register, will be available as soon as we have the platform installed.

Drain flushing

A new round will take place on December 15th to the apartments in Hässelby torg 2 that could not be completed last time and the apartments that could not be entered (one room- and three room apartments). These apartments will receive a new notification and it is important that you are either at home during that time or leave your keys according to the notification. The keys can also be left clearly marked with name, address and apartment number in our key drop-off.

Renovations

As we've noticed that some renovations are taking place in our buildings without the board having received any request, we would like to remind you that before you start a renovation in your apartment, you must have approval from the board. It may also be necessary to submit a building notification in accordance with the Planning and Building Act to the municipality at least three weeks before construction starts, depending on the type of renovation. The tenant must also always ensure that all waste they create is taken care of correctly and timely. Construction waste, larger bulky waste and hazardous waste are delivered to one of the municipality's recycling centers. If you hire a company to take care of waste for you, it is at your own expense and you must then ensure that the company takes care of the waste correctly.

Returrundan

Returrundan (The recycling round) travels around Stockholm and gives you the opportunity to throw away many types of garbage from your home. It stops at places that are suitable for those who walk or cycle. If you have a lot of things to throw away – go to the municipality's recycling centers. There you can leave things for both recycling and reuse. The staff will help you assess how the things you bring should be sorted.
