Ersättning köks- och badrumsstick

För att minska risken för vattenskador vill styrelsen uppmuntra alla att i samband med köks- eller badrumsrenoveringar byta ut sticken.

Sticken är rörfästet som går från huvudledningen och in i badrummet eller köket!

När ni byter sticken så dokumentera med bild före och efter. Skicka bilderna tillsammans med faktura från en licenserad firma som utför rörinstallationer i kök och/eller badrum till service.stockholm@hsb.se, ange även konto var ni vill ha pengarna insatta. Brf Venus ersätter bytet av sticken med 4000 kr inkl. moms för byte i kök och 4000 kr inkl. moms för byte i badrum eller WC.  

Tack för att ni hjälper till att undvika vattenskador som riskerar att kosta oss alla både obehag och höga kostnader.

To reduce the risk of water damage, we want to encourage everyone to replace the stick in connection with kitchen or bathroom renovations.
The plug is the pipe bracket that runs from the main pipe and into the bathroom or kitchen!

Please document the change with a picture before and after and attach an invoice from a company that is licensed to perform pipe installations in kitchens and / or bathrooms.
Brf Venus will then compensate you with 4000 SEK incl. VAT kitchen and 4000 SEK incl. VAT. bathroom if you do both.
Thank you for assisting us to avoid water damage that risks costing us all both inconvenience and high costs.
