About our housing co-operative

Welcome to our neighbourhood!

As a new member in our housing co-operative Arborraren, You will find our area both harmonic and peaceful to live at. With a variation of shops, food stores, and a liquor store, most things that You need are located nearby. And with public transport such as buses or trams, the central city is just a few minutes away.

Our housing co-operative includes six facilities located on Ernst Torulfs Street number 13 to 23. Some part of our buildings were established in 1948, and the newer parts were built later in 1991.

With a membership in Arborraren there are some simple rules which must be followed in everyone´s best interest. Having a good relationship with your neighbours, and helping one another makes our living most pleasant. Should You be interested in helping out please let us know, there are allways things we might need an extra hand for.

We have an elected Board of members which all live in our facilities. Whenever You have some questions or something You need help with, You can allways write a letter and post it in our Postbox, located in house Nr 13, or email it to our email Adress, which is located on our homepage in the bottom of the screen.
We also have an officenumber, but because of that many of our boardmembers have fulltime jobs, the office is not allways manned.

Our homepage contains a lot of different kind of services and rich information which can be useful during Your time with us. Should there be some difficulties in finding it, please feel free to contact either our board, or webmaster. You will find our webmaster under ”Service” and ”Hemsidan”.
