Save Electricity:

1. Switch to LED lights for less energy consumption.

2. Turn off lights and appliances when not in use.

3. Choose energy-efficient appliances and use them at full load.

4. Turn off or put the TV and computer on standby when not in use.

5. Unplug chargers and plugs if not in use.

6. Use timers - Set timers on electrical appliances so that they are not on when not needed.

Save Water:

1. Install water-saving shower heads and taps.

2. Take shorter showers and turn off the water when not needed.

3. Run the washing machine and dishwasher at full load.

4. Report leaks to HSB at 010 442 2000.

5. Do not have running water when brushing your teeth or washing dishes.

6. The laundry rooms are only for residents of the association.

Tip:

Use the Tagenetippen, which can be used both free of charge and unlimitedly, to reduce the association's costs for the Environmental Station.

When replacing appliances, you can usually get the supplier to take your old appliances with you.

The Environmental Station on Körkarlens gata is only for members of the association and not for outside relatives, friends, etc.

Do not pour grease down the drains. Instead, wipe off grease from frying pans and pour excess grease into, for example, a milk carton, which is then thrown away in the household waste.
