For Residents of Building 11

Replacement of Heating Pipes and Radiators

The work in Building 21 and Building 5 has now been completed, and the next phase will take place in Building 11, where the housing association will replace the heating pipes and radiators.

This project is part of the association’s long-term plan to modernize the heating systems in our properties. By gradually replacing aging components, we improve operational reliability while creating the conditions for a more efficient and evenly distributed heating system.

Project Start

The contractor plans to begin work on:

Monday, 17 August 2026 at 07:00

The project is expected to continue until the end of October and is scheduled to be completed around 30 October 2026.

What Will Be Done?

The project includes, among other things:

  • Replacement of heating pipes.

  • Replacement of radiators in the apartments.

  • Installation of new valves and thermostats.

  • Balancing and adjustment of the heating system after completion.

How Will This Affect You?

To carry out the work, the contractor will require access to all apartments on several occasions during the project.

To ensure access, the contractor will replace the lock cylinders in all apartments before the work begins. More information regarding the lock replacement, key handling and practical details will be distributed well before the project starts.

For most apartments, the work will extend over a period of approximately 4–5 weeks. However, this does not mean that contractors will be working inside the apartment every day during that period. The work is carried out in stages, and there may be several days between visits to your apartment.

Even after the main work inside an apartment has been completed, the contractor may need access for inspections, balancing and adjustment of the heating system, installation of thermostats and other finishing work.

During the project, residents may experience:

  • Temporary visits by contractors to the apartment.

  • Noise from drilling and installation work.

  • Temporary shutdowns of the heating system.

  • Limited access in certain common areas.

Information Meeting

To provide information about the project, the schedule and how the work will affect residents, the Board and the contractor will hold an information meeting.

Date: Wednesday, 24 June 2026
Time: 19:00
Location: Association Meeting Room, Building 7

We strongly encourage all residents of Building 11 to attend.

Further Information

Before construction begins, the contractor will distribute a detailed schedule showing when each apartment will be affected, what preparations residents need to make, and how access to the apartments will be managed throughout the project.

We would like to thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation during the implementation of this project.
