Filterbyte

Under vecka 48 och 49 kommer Rickeby fastighetsteknik utföra service och filterbyte av våra köksfläktar. I samband med detta så kommer även en kanalrengöring att utföras, och en kontroll av luftflöden.

 

Framöver kommer filtren att bytas av Rickeby fastighetsteknik två gånger om året. Tillverkaren av fläktarna kräver detta för att garantin ska gälla. Som tidigare kommer kostnaden för filtren att debiteras på kommande månadsavi.

Arbetet kommer att ta ungefär en timme.

I samband med servicen kommer de även installera en inspektionslucka för att kunna rensa tilluftsintaget.

Teknikerna kommer bära munskydd, latexhandskar samt torka av allt med antibakteriellt medel när de är klara.

Om ni inte kan vara hemma, lämna nyckeln i nyckelskåpet i port 32, mittemot brevlådorna. Nyckeln återlämnas när bytet är klart. 

Märk nyckeln med lägenhetsnummer.

Uteblivet tillträde till lägenheten beivras med 1.000:- i avgift på kommande månadsavi.

 

 

During weeks 48 and 49, Rickeby fastighetsteknik will conduct service and filter replacement of our kitchen fans. In conjunction, Rickeby will clean the ventilationducts and check the airflow.

 

In the future, the filters will solely be replaced by Rickeby fastighetsteknik twice a year. The manufacturer of the fans requires this for the warranty to apply. As before, the cost of the filters will be charged on future monthly notices.

The work will take about an hour.

In connection with the service, they will also install an inspection hatch to be able to clean the supply air intake.

The technicians will wear masks, latex gloves and wipe everything with disinfectant when they are done.

If you cannot be at home, leave the key in the key cabinet in port 32, opposite the mailboxes. The key is returned when the change is complete.

Mark the key with the apartment number.
