Som några kanske sett så har vi två nya sopkärl på gaveln vid port 36. Ett av dem tillsammans med ett kärl vid port 32 kommer att användas för matavfall. Vi kommer inom kort dela ut den utrustning som behövs samt hålla en kortare instruktion per port så vi får en bra start.

Sköter vi det här kommer vår avgift för sophantering gå ner kraftigt. Dessutom hjälper vi till att få en renare miljö.

Det ställs in en del saker i miljöstugan som inte hör hemma där, utan det är sådant som vi själva ska kasta på närmaste återvinningscentral. Ställer vi in en stor TV så kommer inte företaget som hämtar elskrot ta den med sig utan den blir stående tills någon av oss boende kör den till soptippen. Vi får bara kasta sådant som kärlen är avsedda för. 

Nu när alla köksfläktar är bytta kommer vi att behöva göra en OVK (Obligatorisk Ventilations Kontroll). Den kommer ske under vecka 34 och det blir en port per dag. Arbetet kommer utföras av AirCano och de kommer med information om vilka dagar det blir. Kan man inte vara hemma, lämna nyckeln i nyckelskåpet i port 32.

Vi har tillsammans med grannföreningarna köpt in en grill som kommer placeras vid våra utemöbler. Här kan vi grilla och umgås tillsammans med våra grannar. Det kommer finnas ordningsregler uppsatta vid grillen och de måste följas

 Hello, all residents of Electrum!

We hope everyone had a nice vacation!

Here is some information on what's going on.

As some may have seen, we have two new waste bins on the far end at number 36. One of them together with one bin at stairwell 32 will be used for food waste. We will soon hand out the equipment needed and hold a shorter instruction per stairwell, so we get off to a good start. 

If we take care of this, our fee for waste management will decrease greatly. In addition, we help to a cleaner environment.

Some things are left in the environmental station that not belong there but are things that we ourselves must throw away at the nearest recycling center. If we leave a large TV, for example, the company that collects electrical waste will not take it, it will be left standing until one of us residents take it to the recycling center. We can only dispose of such things as the vessels are intended for.

Now that all kitchen fans have been replaced, we will need to do an OVK (Mandatory control of the ventilation). It will take place during week 34 and there will be one stairwell per day. The work will be performed by AirCano and they will provide information on which days it will be. If you cannot be at home, leave the key in the key cabinet in stairwell 32.

Together with Neutronen and Protonen, when have ordered a barbeque which will be placed next to our new garden furniture. Here we can have a nice barbeque and hang out with our neighbors. There will be rules of order next to the barbeque and these must be
