Service och filterbyte

Den 25/5 - 27/5 kommer Rickeby fastighetsteknik utföra service och filterbyte i alla lägenhetsfläktar. Arbetet börjar i port 28 och går nerifrån och upp, sedan vidare i huset. Det är mycket viktigt att den tillhörande fjärrkontrollen läggs fram på köksbänken inför arbetet. Då det är svårt att uppskatta tid och dag dom kommer till just din lägenhet önskar dom tillgång till nyckel alla dagar. Nycklarna lämnas tillbaka dagen efter.

En kostnad för filtren kommer att debiteras på kommande månadsavi.

Arbetet kommer att ta ungefär 30 min. Teknikerna kommer att bära munskydd.

Om ni inte kan vara hemma, lämna nyckeln (senast måndag) i nyckelskåpet i port 32, mittemot brevlådorna. Viktigt att märka nyckeln med namn och port. Nyckeln återlämnas av någon i styrelsen när arbetet är klart.

Uteblivet tillträde till lägenheten beivras med 1.000:- i avgift på kommande månadsavi.

Service and change of filter

On 25/5 - 27/5, Rickeby fastighetsteknik will perform service and filter replacement in all kitchen fans. The work begins in door 28 and they work their way from the bottom floor and up.

It is very important that the associated remote control is presented on the kitchen counter before work. As it is difficult to estimate the time and date, they come to your particular apartment so they want access to a key every day. The keys will be returned the day after.

The cost for the filters will be charged on the coming monthly notice.

The work will take about 30 min. The technicians will wear face masks.

If you cannot be home, leave the key (no later than Monday) in the key cabinet in port 32, opposite the mailboxes. It is important to mark the key with the name and port. The key is returned by someone on the board when the work is completed.

Lack of access to the apartment will be fined SEK 1,000 in fees for the coming monthly notice.
