IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING ELEVATOR ISSUE

Dear members,

If you notice any problems or faults with the elevator, please do not contact the external maintanance team (KONE) directly.

Instead send a text message to our board member Grigoris at 0739557458. He will first check the elevator and assess wheather a service visit needs to be ordered.

This is important because every service visit is costly for the association. We currently face high costs for our elevators, so it is particularly important that we follow this procedure and avoid unnecessary call-outs.

However, if someone is trapped in the elevator you should contact the elevator's emergency/on-call number directly. Do not wait for the board to make an assessment in such cases.

By making our own initial assessment of routine faults and issues, we can avoid unnecessary call-outs and use the association's funds as effectively as possible.
