WELCOME TO THE APARTMENT!

To help you settle in as smoothly as possible, we have put together a quick checklist of the most important things to take care of during your first few days.

KEYS: 

You should have received a set of keys 

• Main Entrance Key and Key Fog (for keyless access): with which you can access the entrances, basement, stroller and wheel chair room, bicycle storage rooms, laundry room and the recycling room  
• Apartment Key: to access your apartment
• Garbage Key: to access the garbage disposal unit located in the courtyard
• Mailbox Key: to access your mailbox 
• Laundry Key (to block timeslot): laundry room can be accessed with your main entrance key but to book you specific timeslot you require a specific key

if you see that your missing any of the above mentioned keys and you need them please reach out to HSB to place an order

MAILBOX:

Mail is delivered to the owners mailbox located right at the Entrance of the apartment main door.

STORAGE ROOM:

The storage room is located right in the basement with your door number on it.

GARBAGE DISPOSAL:

There are a couple of garbage disposal unit located near the courtyard and also a recycling room near the outdoor parking area.

Household waste, Plastics and Cardboards should be segregated and disposed in the garbage unit. 

All other wastes can be sorted in the recycling room.

NOTE: Please collect the food waste bags provided in the recycling room (Brown Paper bags) to dispose your food waste

Any bulky waste should be left at any one of the municipality's local recycling centers and not in the associations recycling room

The closet staffed recycling facility is Grovavfallspunkt Valkyriavägen SÖRAB located just south of Ursvik at Valkyriavägen 1

CAR PARKING:

On the property we have both indoor and outdoor parking area

Outdoor Parking: there are 5 parking spaces available in the courtyard with electric charging ports (2 of which are reserved for car pools and for the disabled) 

Indoor Parking: there are 29 parking spaces available in the garage (1 of which is reserved for the disabled)

Please reach out to Corepark's customer service at info@corepark.se to rent a space or join the waiting list. If you have got a garage space Corepark will also handle the invocing.

BICYCLE STORAGE:

The Bicycle storage is located in few areas

Lockable Storage: is available in the basement and also on the street level near building 16. 

Open Storage: is available in the courtyard in the form of bicycle racks.

STROLLER AND WHEELCHAIR STORAGE:

There is a lockable storage space for Stroller and Wheelchair available on the basement level for building 16,18 and 20 and a room near the entrance in building 22.

LAUNDRY ROOM:

There is a laundry room available on the basement level.
