Besiktning av lägenheter - Langelandsgatan 3

På uppdrag av Bostadsföreningen Rågö kommer Axela AB att besiktiga samtliga lägenheter på Langelandsgatan 3 enligt nedanstående tider. Vi ber er att respektera angivna tider så att besiktningen kan genomföras effektivt och enligt planerad tidtabell.

Det är viktigt att alla är införstådda med att tiderna är ungefärliga. Tidsåtgången kommer att variera mellan lägenheterna, men cirka 1,5 timme har avsatts per lägenhet för att säkerställa att arbetet hinns med.

Observera att ingen fuktmätning kommer att utföras vid detta tillfälle. Besiktningen avser upprättande av planritning samt fotodokumentation av lägenheternas nuvarande status.

En kortare sammanfattande text kommer att upprättas per lägenhet där synliga skador, eventuell brandlukt med mera noteras.

När samtliga utrymmen har dokumenterats blir det enklare att ta fram fukt- och skaderapporter per ärende. Dessa genomförs dock mer ändamålsenligt när väderskyddet är på plats, då skadeomfattningen kan förändras fram till dess.

Om boende inte har möjlighet att närvara vid föreslagen tid behöver tillträde ändå säkerställas. Nyckel kan då lämnas till styrelsen så att entreprenören kan ges tillträde.

Nyckeln ska vara märkt med lägenhetsinnehavarens namn och lägenhetsnummer (3-siffrigt Rågö-nummer) och läggas i ett kuvert i brevinkastet på dörren till Stora Ärvinge Gård, Ringstedsgatan 12.

Observera: Lägg inte nyckeln i brevlådan som tillhör Triumf Bygg AB.

Inspection of apartments – Langelandsgatan 3

On behalf of the housing association Rågö, Axela AB will carry out inspections of all apartments at Langelandsgatan 3 according to the schedule below. We kindly ask you to respect the assigned times so that the inspections can be carried out efficiently and according to the planned timetable.

Please note that the indicated times are approximate. The duration of each inspection may vary between apartments, but approximately 1.5 hours have been allocated per apartment to ensure that all inspections can be completed.

Please note that no moisture measurements will be carried out at this time. The purpose of this inspection is to prepare floor plans and to document the current condition of the apartments through photographs.

A brief summary report will be prepared for each apartment, noting visible damages, any signs of smoke or fire odor, etc.

Once all areas have been documented, it will be significantly easier to prepare moisture and damage reports for each case. However, these assessments are more appropriately carried out once the weather protection is in place, as the extent of damage may change until then.

If a resident is unable to be present at the scheduled time, access must still be ensured. Keys may therefore be handed over to the Board so that the contractor can be granted access. The key must be clearly labeled with the resident’s name and apartment number (three-digit Rågö number) and placed in an envelope in the mail slot at the entrance door of Stora Ärvinge Gård, Ringstedsgatan 12.

Please note: Do not place the key in the mailbox belonging to Triumf Bygg AB.
