Installation of scaffoldings and weather protection on Friday 27th February

Information regarding weather protection & scaffolding

We would like to inform you that the installation of construction scaffolding will begin on Friday, February 27.

Weatherproofing the building is an extensive process, but at this stage it is also one of the most important parts of the project. The work will partly be accelerated in order to get the weather protection in place as quickly as possible. This means that work may take place both on weekdays and weekends until the building is fully weatherproofed.

The preliminary timeline for the scaffolding and weather protection work is approximately 4–5 weeks, with the ambition of shortening the installation time if possible.

The work will start on the access balcony side, then continue with the gable ends, followed by the balconies, and will conclude with the installation of the large weather protection roof and winter covering.

We are aware that this affects your living environment, and we will do everything we can to carry out this stage as smoothly and safely as possible.

Important information for residents

  • The balconies will soon need to be used for construction scaffolding.
  • We therefore ask you to remove furniture and other loose items from your balconies starting in week 10.
  • It is strictly forbidden to access or walk on the scaffolding due to the risk of collapse and personal injury.
  • We will actively work to prevent unauthorized climbing, but during the construction phase it may be difficult to completely eliminate all risks.

We need to work together to maintain good order during this period so that we can focus on what matters most — helping you return to a safe and normal everyday life.

If you have any questions, you are warmly welcome to contact the board.
