Nya porttelefoner – så fungerar de

De nya porttelefonerna har en sökfunktion som gör det enkelt att hitta och ringa upp den boende du vill kontakta.

1. Tryck på någon av SÖK-knapparna.
2. Bläddra i listan med hjälp av SÖK-knapparna tills du hittar rätt namn.
3. Tryck på RING för att ringa upp den boende.
4. Lampan TELE blinkar grönt medan samtalet kopplas fram.
• Om TELE lyser rött är telefonen upptagen. Vänta en stund och försök igen.
5. Den boende kan öppna porten genom att trycka tonval 5 på sin telefon. När porten låses upp hörs ett pip och lampan PORT lyser grönt under den tid porten är upplåst.

Påbörjad uppringning kan när som helst avbrytas genom att trycka på * (stjärna).

 New Entry Phones – How They Work

The new entry phones include a search function that makes it easy to find and call a resident.

1. Press one of the SEARCH buttons.
2. Use the SEARCH buttons to scroll through the list until you find the resident’s name.
3. Press CALL to contact the selected resident.
4. The PHONE indicator flashes green while the call is being connected.
• If the PHONE indicator turns red, the resident’s phone is busy. Please wait a moment and try again.
5. The resident can unlock the entrance door by pressing 5 on their telephone keypad. When the door is unlocked, a beep will sound and the DOOR indicator will light green while the door remains unlocked.

A call in progress can be cancelled at any time by pressing * (star).
