Påminnelse – hämta dina nya passeringstaggar

Du som ännu inte har hämtat dina nya passeringstaggar ombeds att göra det så snart som möjligt.

Från och med vecka 37 påbörjas bytet till de nya kortläsarna, port för port. När de nya kortläsarna tas i drift kommer de gamla taggarna att sluta fungera. För att undvika problem med att komma in i fastigheten är det därför viktigt att du hämtar dina nya taggar i god tid. De nya taggarna behövs för tillträde till entréer, garage, tvättstuga och miljöstuga.

Taggarna kan hämtas hos vår fastighetsskötare – Jan Dellenholt från Nordstaden. Han finns tillgänglig i lokalen bredvid tvättstugan på Langelandsgatan 13 varje torsdag mellan kl. 07.00–08.00.

OBS! Brickorna ska hämtas och kvitteras av bostadsrättsinnehavaren. Ta med giltig legitimation.

Vänligen hämta dina taggar så snart som möjligt för att säkerställa fortsatt tillgång till fastighetens gemensamma utrymmen.

Reminder – Collect Your New Access Tags

If you have not yet collected your new access tags, please do so as soon as possible.

Starting in week 37, the replacement of the new access card readers will begin, entrance by entrance. Once the new readers are activated, the old tags will no longer function. To avoid any issues accessing the property, it is important that you collect your new tags in good time. The new tags are required for access to building entrances, the garage, the laundry room, and the recycling room.

The tags can be collected from our property manager, Jan Dellenholt from Nordstaden. He is available in the office next to the laundry room at Langelandsgatan 13 every Thursday between 07:00 and 08:00.

Please note: The tags must be collected and signed for by the apartment owner. Valid identification must be presented.

Please collect your tags as soon as possible to ensure continued access to the property's shared facilities.
