RÖSJÖÄNGSBLADET NR 17 – februari 2020

TILL ALLA BOENDE I BRF RÖSJÖ ÄNGAR

Nu börjar det gå mot ljusare tider, vilket känns bra efter den mörka och snöfattiga vintern. Det har blåst en hel del men vi har hittills klarat oss från skador i föreningen.

TO ALL RESIDENTS IN BRF RÖSJÖ ÄNGAR  

We are slowly getting more and more day light, which feels great after the dark winter without snow. It has been quite windy, but fortunately we didn’t have any damages so far.

Parkering – undvik böter

Vi vill informera alla boende om att parkeringen vid Rösjöskolan inte är tillgänglig för oss eller våra gäster. Allt fler har fått böter på 700kr när de parkerat där på helger.

Det är tillåtet att parkera upp till 20 minuter utanför våra portar i samband med att man lastar i och ur saker. Står man längre tid riskerar man dock att få en parkeringsbot.

Parking

We want to inform all residents that the parking lot at Rösjöskolan is not available to us or our guests. Several people have been fined SEK 700 when parked there on weekends.

It is allowed to park for up to 20 minutes outside our gates when loading and unloading luggage. If you stand longer, however, you risk getting a parking fine.

Cyklar - fortfarande trångt i förråden

Det är fortfarande fullt i våra cykelförråd och flera nyinflyttade har svårt att hitta plats. Många cyklar har inte rörts ur fläcken på flera år. Därför kommer styrelsen hyra en container och ställa in de cyklar som inte är i användbart skick eller verkar övergivna av tidigare boende. Saknar ni en cykel så får ni kontakta styrelsen och återfå den mot beskrivning.

Bicycles

It is still full in our bicycle stores and several new residents have a hard time finding a place. Many bikes have not been moved out of the spot for several years.  Therefore, the board will rent a container and put the bikes that are not in usable condition or seem to be abanoned. If you miss a bicycle you can contact the board to get it in return.

Öppet hus – kom på besök!

Nästa öppet hus med styrelsen blir 5/3 kl.18:30 i styrelserummet på Viltstigen 18. Välkommen på en kopp kaffe och lyft dina frågor eller synpunkter.

Open house – come visit us!

The next open house with the board will be Thursday, 5^th of March at 18:30 PM in the board room at Viltstigen 18. Welcome to drink coffee with us and present your questions or comments

 Datum för årsmöte är fastställt

Årets stämma kommer att genomföras torsdag 14 maj i Rösjöskolans matsal, som vanligt. Kallelse kommer att skickas separat. Motioner lägger ni i brevlådan i miljörummet eller mejla till styrelsen@rosjoangar.se Sista datum att skicka in motioner är lördag 29 februari.

The date of the annual meeting is established

The annual meeting of 2020 will be held on Thursday 14^th of May in the dining room of Rösjöskolan, as usual. Notice will be sent separately. If you have something you want to change or a suggestion of som kind of improvmentm please write a bill  and put in the mailbox in the environment room or email a pdf file to styrelsen@rosjoangar.se  Last date is Saturday 29th of February.

Valberedningen

Valberedningen meddelar att de söker boende i föreningen som skulle kunna tänka sig att gå med i styrelsen. Det är givande och intressant att delta i styrelsearbetet och det bygger på att vi boende engagerar oss. Det finns vakanta platser i styrelsen.

Nomination Committee

The Nomination Committee announces that they are looking for residents of the association who would like to join the board. It is meaningful and interesting to participate in the board work and it is dependent on the engagement of the people living here. We have vacant positions.

Enkät inför 5 års besiktning

Måndag 8 juni kommer 5 års besiktning av våra hus att påbörjas. Inför detta kommer styrelsen att skicka ut en enkät till alla boende där möjlighet ges att beskriva problem som man vill lyfta i besiktningen. Enkäten kommer att distribueras via era brevlådor.

Survey before 5 years inspection

On Monday, June 8, 5 years of inspection of our houses will begin. Prior to this, the Board will send out a survey to all residents where it is possible to describe problems that they wish to raise in the inspection. The questionnaire will be distributed in your mailboxes

Tvättstugan

Det har varit smutsigt och bristfälligt rengjort i tvättstugan vid flera tillfällen under januari och februari, vilket är tråkigt, för det brukar alltid vara välskött och snyggt där. Glöm inte att lämna tvättstugan i rent och fint skick efter ditt pass.

Laundry Room

It has been dirty and inadequately cleaned in the laundry room on several occasions during January and February, which is sad, because it is usually always well-kept and neat there. Don't forget to leave the laundry room in clean and tidy condition.

Extra förråd

Det har uppmärksammats av flera boende att det inte finns en tydlig regel för hur stort förråd olika typer av lägenheter har och det finns lägenheter som vid tilldelning fått ett för litet förråd (i relation till antal rum mm). Några boende hyr extra förråd i föreningen. Vi behöver säga upp dessa avtal för att använda dessa förråd i arbetet att rättvist utjämna felaktigheter. Ni som är berörda kommer att kontaktas. Kom gärna ner på öppet hus i mars så vi kan diskutera mer om hur detta bäst ska lösas.

Extra storage

It has been noted by several residents that there is no clear rule for how much storage space different types of apartments have and there are apartments that, when allocated, have too little storage (in relation to the number of rooms, etc.). Some residents rent extra storage in the association. We need to terminate these agreements in order to use these stocks in our work to equitably correct inaccuracies. Residents that are concerned will be contacted. Feel free to come down to the open house in March so we can discuss more about how to best solve this.
