I
We will need to dig up the parking areas to install new electrical cables. This work will be carried out during June.
Some parking spaces will need to be vacated—most for a short period, and a few for a slightly longer period. The work will be carried out in two phases so that the association can offer replacement parking during the work to those affected.
Phase 1 (Björnstigen 119–133) – parking spaces 48–67
These spaces must be vacatefrom the morning of [June 22.]
Phase 2 (Björnstigen 101–117) – parking spaces 1–19
These spaces must be vacated from the morning of [June 29.]
During Phase 2, there will be times when other parking spaces around Björnstigen 101–117 will also be blocked, as excavation work will take place across the road to entrance 107. Residents who need unrestricted access to their cars during this period must move their vehicles out of the area.
Our property manager Joel will contact the residents who need to move their cars and will assist with arranging replacement parking.
After the work is completed, the asphalt will need to be restored. The board will provide further information on this at a later stage.
For questions, please contact Joel at 070-60 87 024.
We will replace everyone’s electricity meters in the basement.
The board will provide further information on the exact timing of this work.
We need to collect the meter point ID (anläggnings-ID) for all apartments.
As part of the preparation for replacing the electricity meters, the association needs to gather the existing meter point IDs. These meters are not managed by the association but by each apartment owner, which is why the association does not know which meter belongs to which apartment.
What is a meter point ID?
A meter point ID is a unique 18-digit number that identifies your home, allowing you to sign electricity contracts for both grid and supply. You can think of it as the “personal identity number” of your home in the electricity grid. It always begins with 735 999 and is used to identify various types of grid connections, such as homes and commercial premises.
How do I find my meter point ID?
You can find your meter point ID on your electricity bill or on your electricity meter. You can also contact Vattenfall Eldistribution AB, for example by logging in at Vattenfall Eldistribution using your BankID.
We are primarily collecting meter point IDs by asking all apartment owners to fill in a form (Google Forms). Follow the link (QR code) with your mobile camera and enter your meter point ID.
Residents who are unable to provide their meter point ID via the form are asked to contact our vice property manager Seija Winqvist by email or phone. She can be reached at brfvastan@gmail.com or by phone at 070-24 97 085.
The board would like to thank you in advance for your cooperation. These efforts are being carried out for the benefit of all of us!
