We have a collective/group connection to E.ON, which means you don't pay a subscription fee and only pay for the electricity you consume.

On your monthly payment notice from HSB you can see how much electricity you've been charged with. However, the electricity charge has a three-month delay so you are charged for the electricity consumption you had three months earlier.

When you move in, you don’t have to contact the electricity company or the housing board. Electricity is automatically charged the apartment.

When you move out,there’s no electrical subscription to end. It is advisable that you inform the new owner that the electricity they will be charged refers back to the consumption three months earlier (your consumption).
