och alla fel som noterades i våra lägenheter är nu lagade. Fel fanns både i huset och utanför huset.

Utanför huset handlade det om lagningar i väggar, dörrstoppar och betongmurar. I huset handlade det om otäta fönster, sprickor i trägolven, justeringar av diskmaskiner och köksskåp och även om små sprickor i målade ytor.

Vi har nu ett hus som är som nytt

Från styrelsen önskar vi att alla medlemmar är försiktiga med huset så att vi slipper underhållskostnader så långt det är möjligt.

Kom ihåg att medlemmar har underhållsplikt i sina lägenheter. Det gäller till exempel filtret i köksfläkten. Det kan man mycket väl köra i diskmaskinen.

5 years inspection completed

The 5 year inspection has now been completed and all faults that were noted in our apartments are now fixed. There were faults both inside the house and outside the house. Outside the house, it was about repairs in walls, doorstops and concrete walls. In the house, it was about leaky windows, cracks in the wooden floors, adjustments to dishwashers and kitchen cabinets and also about small cracks in painted surfaces.

We now have a house that is like new.

From the board, we want all members to be careful with the house so that we avoid maintenance costs as far as possible.

Remember that members have a maintenance obligation in their apartments. This applies, for example, to the filter in the cooker hood. You can very well run that in the dishwasher.
