Varför tar det tid att få varmvatten i vattenkranen?

I tapphallen cirkulerar en slinga med varmvatten genom alla våningar. Från den slingan tas det varmvatten som kommer in till lägenheterna. Att det tar en liten stund innan varmvattnet kommer till kranen beror alltså på att varmvattnet först ska komma från hallen, in till lägenheten och till slut till kranen.

Why does it take time to get hot water in the water tap?

In the tap hall, a loop of hot water circulates through all floors. From that loop, the hot water that comes into the apartments is taken. The fact that it takes a little while for the hot water to reach the tap is therefore due to the fact that the hot water must first come from the hallway, into the apartment and finally to the tap.
