Kommunfullmäktige i Huddinge kommun har nu fattat ett positivt beslut avseende föreningens utökade låneram. Föreningens långivare, Swedbank, har därefter bekräftat att processen kan fortsätta, vilket innebär att stambytesprojektet nu återupptas.

Arbetena inom Etapp 1 (Terapivägen 14 D) har påbörjats igen och återetablering av entreprenaden pågår. Samtliga berörda boende har informerats om projektets återstart och de aktiviteter som kommer att genomföras under de kommande veckorna.

Arbete pågår nu med att färdigställa en uppdaterad produktionsplan och en reviderad övergripande tidsplan för projektet. Så snart dessa handlingar är fastställda kommer de att publiceras på föreningens hemsida. Där kommer det att framgå när respektive port och lägenhet preliminärt beräknas beröras av stambytet.

Pipe Replacement Project

Information regarding the pipe replacement project is continuously published under the "Pipe Replacement Project" section. Please note that most information on this website is published in Swedish.

The Huddinge Municipal Council has now approved the association's increased borrowing framework. Following this decision, the association's lender, Swedbank, has confirmed that the financing process may proceed, allowing the pipe replacement project to resume.

Works within Phase 1 (Terapivägen 14 D) have now recommenced and the contractor's site re-establishment is currently underway. All affected residents have been informed about the project restart and the activities planned for the coming weeks.

Work is currently ongoing to finalize an updated production plan and a revised overall project schedule. As soon as these documents have been completed and approved, they will be published on the association's website. The schedule will provide an overview of when each entrance and apartment is expected to be affected by the pipe replacement works.
