AKTUELL INFORMATION OM PÅGÅENDE ARBETE

Terapivägen 14 D

Information till boende – Sommarproduktion 2026

Stambytesprojektet fortsätter enligt den fastställda produktionsplanen och arbetena pågår nu för fullt i Terapivägen 14 D. Under sommaren kommer ett flertal arbetsmoment att utföras parallellt i de cirka 50 lägenheter som ingår i denna etapp.

Eftersom arbetena bedrivs samtidigt i många lägenheter kommer olika bostäder att befinna sig i olika skeden av produktionen. Entreprenören arbetar därför löpande mellan lägenheterna för att säkerställa ett effektivt genomförande och en så jämn produktion som möjligt.

Arbeten som pågår under sommaren

 

Fram till mitten av augusti kommer bland annat följande arbetsmoment att utföras:

 • Installation av nya spillvatten-, kallvatten-, varmvatten-, VVC- och värmestammar.

• Installation av nya elstammar.

• Förberedande elinstallationer i badrummen.

• Installation och inkoppling av rörledningar i tak samt anslutning av tappvatteninstallationer.

• Återuppbyggnad av väggar med plywood, gipsskivor och putsarbeten.

• Montering av undertak, profiler och gipsskivor samt efterföljande spackling och målning.

 

Arbetena kommer att pågå parallellt i olika lägenheter och entreprenören kan därför behöva flytta resurser mellan bostäderna beroende på hur produktionen fortskrider.

 Produktion och tidsplan

Projektet omfattar cirka 50 lägenheter i denna etapp. Eftersom varje lägenhet har olika förutsättningar kan vissa arbeten ta längre eller kortare tid än planerat.

De tider som redovisas i produktionsplanen är därför preliminära och kan komma att justeras beroende på produktionens framdrift, förutsättningarna i respektive lägenhet samt eventuella oförutsedda händelser som kan uppstå under entreprenadens genomförande.

 

Målet är att hålla den övergripande tidplanen samtidigt som arbetena utförs med rätt kvalitet och säkerhet.

 

Buller och störningar

Under de kommande veckorna kommer vissa arbetsmoment att medföra buller, vibrationer och ökad aktivitet i fastigheten. Detta gäller framför allt rivningsarbeten, installationer samt återuppbyggnaden av badrummen.

Vi ber om förståelse för de störningar som arbetena kan innebära och gör vårt yttersta för att genomföra entreprenaden så effektivt som möjligt.

 

Hygienvagnar och gemensamma utrymmen

 

De tillfälliga hygienvagnarna finns fortsatt tillgängliga för berörda boende under den period då vatten och avlopp är avstängda.

 

Vi vill påminna om att hygienvagnarna är gemensamma utrymmen. Samtliga boende ansvarar för att lämna dusch- och toalettutrymmena i ett rent och välstädat skick efter användning så att de fungerar väl för alla.

 Arbetstider

 Ordinarie arbetstid är vardagar mellan kl. 07.00 och 16.00.

 

Vid behov kan vissa arbetsmoment behöva utföras fram till kl. 18.00. Om arbete behöver utföras utanför ordinarie arbetstid eller under helger kommer berörda boende att informeras i förväg.

 

Löpande information

Vid behov kommer ytterligare information och aviseringar att skickas ut till berörda boende.

CURRENT INFORMATION REGARDING THE ONGOING WORK

Terapivägen 14 D

Information for Residents – Summer Production 2026

The pipe replacement project is continuing according to the established construction schedule, and work is now in full progress at Terapivägen 14 D. During the summer, several construction activities will be carried out simultaneously in approximately 50 apartments included in this phase of the project.

 

As work is being performed in many apartments at the same time, individual apartments will be at different stages of the construction process. The contractor will therefore continuously move between apartments to ensure an efficient workflow and maintain steady progress throughout the project.

 

Work Being Carried Out During the Summer

 

Until mid-August, the following activities will be carried out, among others:

 

• Installation of new wastewater, cold water, hot water, hot water circulation (HWC), and heating pipe systems.

• Installation of new electrical risers.

• Preparatory electrical installations in the bathrooms.

• Installation and connection of ceiling pipework and domestic water supply systems.

• Reconstruction of walls using plywood, plasterboards, and plastering work.

• Installation of suspended ceilings, framing profiles, and plasterboards, followed by filling, finishing, and painting.

 

These activities will be carried out simultaneously in different apartments. Consequently, the contractor may need to relocate personnel and resources between apartments depending on the progress of the construction work.

 

Construction Progress and Schedule

 

This phase of the project includes approximately 50 apartments. As each apartment has different conditions, some activities may require more or less time than originally planned.

 

For this reason, the dates shown in the construction schedule are preliminary and may be adjusted depending on the progress of the work, the specific conditions in each apartment, and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the project.

 

Our objective is to maintain the overall project schedule while ensuring that all work is carried out to the required quality and safety standards.

 

Noise and Disturbances

 

During the coming weeks, certain construction activities will result in noise, vibrations, and increased activity within the property. This mainly applies to demolition work, installations, and the reconstruction of the bathrooms.

 

We kindly ask for your understanding regarding these temporary disturbances. Every effort is being made to complete the project as efficiently as possible while minimizing inconvenience to residents.

 

Temporary Bathroom and Shower Facilities

 

The temporary hygiene trailers will remain available for affected residents during the period when water supply and drainage services are disconnected.

 

Please remember that these facilities are shared by all residents. Everyone is responsible for leaving the shower and toilet areas clean and tidy after use to ensure that they remain pleasant and functional for everyone.

 

Working Hours

Normal working hours are weekdays from 07:00 to 16:00.

When necessary, certain activities may continue until 18:00. Should work need to be carried out outside normal working hours or during weekends, affected residents will be informed in advance.

 

Ongoing Information

Additional notices and project updates will be distributed to affected residents whenever necessary.
