Hur påverkar stambytet mig som boende?

Under stambytet kommer det inte att vara möjligt att använda vatten eller avlopp i lägenheten under hela arbetsperioden. Badrum och WC kommer att fungera som arbetsplatser och får därför inte användas av boende, då det finns risk för personskador. Även köket kan vara begränsat under vissa perioder.

Dessutom kommer elen till lägenheten att stängas av i samband med byte av elcentral. Dessa avbrott kommer att meddelas i förväg av entreprenören.

Tvättstugan kommer att vara avstängd under renoveringen. Boende hänvisas istället till alternativa tvättstugor i området. Under rubriken ”Tider” kan medlemmar se när de blir kontaktade av entreprenören för personlig information samt ta del av en övergripande tidsplan för arbetet i bostaden. Det är därför viktigt att planera för alternativa lösningar under denna period.

Entreprenören som föreningen har anlitat kommer att informera alla medlemmar om den exakta tidsplanen när arbetet påbörjas i respektive bostad, samt om eventuella åtgärder som behöver vidtas.

Genom att genomföra detta arbete nu säkerställer vi att fastigheten är väl underhållen och minskar risken för framtida problem och kostnader.

Åtgärder du behöver vidta

Undanplockning av inventarier

För att skapa fria arbetsytor ber vi dig planera för undanplockning inför arbetet i din lägenhet. Detta gäller i första hand badrum, hall och kök.

Alla lösa föremål såsom tavlor, hyllor, inredning och möbler behöver flyttas undan. Vi rekommenderar även att du tömmer garderober i anslutning till badrum, toalett och kök, då damm kan tränga in i dessa utrymmen.

Vi behöver fri passage för att kunna utföra arbetet och vill undvika att skada dina tillhörigheter. I köket ska alla lådor och skåp, både under och över diskbänken, tömmas.

Tänk även på att hålla väggar som angränsar till de rum som renoveras fria från inredning, såsom tavlor och hyllor. Vid arbeten som bilning och borrning finns det risk för vibrationer som kan göra att föremål lossnar eller faller ner.

How will the pipe replacement affect me as a resident?

During the pipe replacement, it will not be possible to use water or drainage in the apartment throughout the entire work period. Bathrooms and toilets will be used as work areas and must not be accessed by residents due to the risk of injury. The kitchen may also be partially restricted during certain periods.

In addition, the electricity supply to the apartment will be temporarily shut off during the replacement of the electrical panel. These interruptions will be announced in advance by the contractor.

The laundry room will be closed during the renovation. Residents will be referred to alternative laundry facilities in the area. Under the heading “Schedule”, members can see when they will be contacted by the contractor for personal information and access a general timeline for the work in their apartment. It is therefore important to plan for alternative arrangements during this time.

The contractor appointed by the housing association will inform all residents about the exact schedule when work begins in their apartment, as well as any measures that need to be taken.

By carrying out this work now, we ensure that the property is well maintained and reduce the risk of future problems and costs.

Clearing personal belongings

To ensure sufficient workspace, we ask you to prepare by clearing out areas before work begins in your apartment. This primarily applies to the bathroom, hallway, and kitchen.

All loose items such as paintings, shelves, decorations, and furniture must be removed. We also recommend emptying wardrobes located near bathrooms, toilets, and kitchens, as dust may spread into these spaces.

We require clear access to perform the work and want to avoid damaging your belongings. In the kitchen, all drawers and cabinets, both above and below the sink, must be emptied.

Please also ensure that walls adjacent to the areas being renovated are free from items such as paintings and shelves. Heavy construction work, such as drilling and demolition, may cause vibrations that could loosen or dislodge objects.
