HSB Södertörn is primarily an organization of tenant-owner co-operative, but we also have more then 300 rented apartments. The blocks are situated in Huddinge, Tullinge Centrum and Nynäshamn.

You have to be 18 years of age and your annual income must be three times the annual rent. We obtain credit references.

When the apartments become vacant they are in first hand rented out to our members with home savings accounts. The person with the highest amount of points get first choice and next in line are members without saving accounts.

To start a home savings account you have to be a member of HSB. Once your a meber you open your home saving account at any Swedbank brancc. For every hundred SEK saved you earn one point, with a maximum of five points per month. You will keep your points when you rent a apartment as long as you don´t withdraw the money.

The first five persons with the most saved points are invited to view the apartment. If you don´t receive an reply you didn´t have enough points.
