INFORMATION FOR RESIDENTS

Unfortunately, there are individuals within our housing association who are not complying with the rules. We must remember that maintaining a pleasant living environment is everyone’s responsibility.

For everyone’s comfort and safety, we would like to remind you of the following:

• Littering from balconies is not permitted – do not throw cigarette butts or any other waste.

• Fire hazard – smoldering cigarette butts can cause fires on balconies, in flower beds, or on the ground.

• Disturbances are not tolerated – there have been incidents of kicking and banging on doors in stairwells. This is strictly prohibited! Please speak to your children about this. Thank you.

• Keep balconies tidy – storage of junk or waste on balconies is not allowed.

• Basement corridors and bicycle rooms must be kept clean. It is NOT permitted to store or dispose any waste there.

Please show consideration and respect for your neighbors. Repeated violations may result in measures being taken in accordance with the association’s regulations.
