Completed Improvements:

Smoking Areas

The ashtrays have been removed, and the designated smoking areas in the Lofoten Courtyard have now been completed. They have been established to reduce disturbances from tobacco smoke and contribute to a better living environment. We kindly ask all smokers to use the designated areas and show consideration for their neighbors.

Bicycle Clean-Up

The association’s bicycle clean-up has been completed. Thank you to all residents who helped by labeling their bicycles.

Maintenance of Outdoor Furniture

The benches in the Lofoten Courtyard have been sanded and repainted, contributing to a more pleasant outdoor environment.

Upcoming Projects

Sauna

The repainting of the sauna is currently underway. The sauna will be reopened for use once the work has been completed. Information regarding the reopening date will be provided separately.

Laundry Room Renovations

The renovation project includes the laundry room at Lofotengatan 26 as well as all laundry rooms in the Stavanger Courtyard. More information about the schedule will be provided before the work begins.

Increased Security with a New Electronic Access Tag System This Autumn

The association will install a new electronic access tag system to enhance security and modernize the building access system. More information will be provided when the project starts.

Maintenance of Outdoor Furniture

The sanding and repainting of the benches in the Stavanger Courtyard will be carried out shortly.
