OVK - Ny besiktning / New Inspection

I mitten av september kommer vi att genomföra en ny besiktning av alla berörda lägenheter, samt de lägenheter där vi inte fick tillträde vid den förra kontrollen.

Du som berörs kommer att få en lapp i din brevlåda med information om tid för besiktningen.

Om du inte får någon lapp innebär det att din fläkt redan har blivit godkänd vid en tidigare kontroll.

Vi är medvetna om att processen har dragit ut på tiden på grund av utmaningar med vår tidigare leverantör. Detta har skapat frustration och vi har full förståelse för det. Vår förhoppning är att vi nu kan slutföra arbetet smidigt och utan ytterligare förseningar.

New Inspection – OVK (Mandatory Ventilation Control)

In mid-September, we will carry out a new inspection of all affected apartments, as well as those apartments we were unable to access during the previous inspection.

If your apartment is included, you will receive a notice in your mailbox with the date and time for the inspection.

If you do not receive a notice, it means that your fan has already been approved during a previous inspection.

We are aware that this process has taken longer than expected due to challenges with our previous supplier. This has understandably caused frustration, and we truly appreciate your patience. Our hope is that we can now complete the work smoothly and without further delays.
